We would like to report fraud in one of you small town in Ukraine – Krementz Ternopil region. All local government so corrupted and constantly defrauding local Senior Citizens . Krementz local government refusing your “subsidia” for gas and electricity to almost all people including over 80 – living alone. They taking money from elderly and put them in own packets. Please investigate. They colluded with another local office, which defraud local people by refusing them to removed their names if they do not live there anymore. They asking to be paid on the site… Please investigate!!!

По поводу того, что горят леса в Украине – нехватает опыта тушения леса предложенного в годы ВОВ – Л.П.Берией, при защите лесов Южного Кавказа – в 1942- 1943м году. Берия практиковал – через Партизан-пожарников – разграничать разделять лес противопожарными разградительными полосами, и кольцевыми “негорящими зонами”, а так-же применяли метод локализации пожара ОКРУЖАЮЩИМ ВСТРЕЧНЫМ ОГНЁМ. – люди в итоге:и выгорал участок леса, а далее не горело. Задействуйте тракторную полосовую перепашку возгораемой местности, как при развитом социализме делали – заблаговременно обпахивали хлебные поля.
